Scope of work
Perform a cosmetic apartment renovation by replacing the flooring, updating the electrical wiring and wall finishes, and installing ceiling moldings.
Completed work
Old furniture was removed from the apartment and the existing flooring was dismantled. Gaps in the floor structure were filled with spray foam, followed by the installation of new laminate. The doors were sanded, wall finishes were renewed, ceiling moldings were installed, and the furniture was reassembled. After the kitchen was installed by our partners, the appliances were connected. The client chose to install the light fixtures themselves.
Deadline
The apartment renovation was completed within one month.

Client feedback
The client is very satisfied with the result and plans to entrust JMV Pakalpojumi with their bathroom renovation in the future.
Costs
The total cost for labor and materials was €7,400.
